北京时间9月5日消息 近日，香港国际钱币联合展销会 (下称HKCS) 组委会收到参展商咨询关于12月在美丽华酒店18楼举办第七届钱币展销会之事宜，HKCS经调查后发现，另一钱币展将中文名称更改为“香港国际钱币展销会”，且通过参展商提供的申请表样式发现，该展会的申请表与HKCS官方网站申请表在格式上十分相似。

HKCS认为该展会在中文名称及申请表等地方存在误导参展商、游客及公众的嫌疑，以致于参展商及游客混淆误认此钱币展为本公司所主办的活动，或误认二家公司间存在关系企业、授权关系或其他类似关系。对此，HKCS组委会特此发布郑重声明，以下为声明全文：

近日，香港国际钱币联合展销会 (下称HKCS) 组委会经调查后发现，另一钱币展会更改了其中文名称，以及该钱币展会的展商申请表格式，均与HKCS十分相似。

对此，HKCS组委会特为郑重声明：

1.HKCS为Hong Kong Coin Show Limited旗下活动品牌，该公司由时德斯，鲍尔斯和邦地尼奥钱币拍卖公司 (Stack’s Bowers & Ponterio) 、斯宾克拍卖行 (SPINK)、首席收藏 (Shouxi.com) 及广银阁 (Coin in Coin) 联合发起出资成立，目前仅于每年3或4月及8月举办香港国际钱币联合展销会 (HKCS) 。第五届香港国际钱币联合展销会已于2018年8月10日至12日顺利举办完毕，第六届香港国际钱币联合展销会将于2019年3月29日至31日在香港美丽华酒店18楼举行。

2.除每年3或4月、8月开展香港国际钱币联合展销会 (HKCS) 之外，HKCS未有于香港美丽华酒店举办任何钱币相关活动。其他钱币展会均非为本公司活动，亦不存在关系企业、 授权关系或其他类似关系。

3.HKCS相关信息均会通过HKCS官网 (www.HongKongCoinShow.com) 第一时间发佈，同时时德斯，鲍尔斯和邦地尼奥钱币拍卖公司 (Stack’s Bowers & Ponterio)、斯宾克拍卖行 (SPINK)、首席收藏 (Shouxi.com) 及广银阁 (Coin in Coin) 亦会发佈相关资讯。

Clarification Statement

It has recently come to the attention of the Hong Kong Coin Show (hereafter “HKCS”) that a numismatic fair has changed its Chinese name as well as its application form format to mimic HKCS.

HKCS hereby makes a solemn declaration and clarification:

1.HKCS is co-organised by Stack’s Bowers and Ponterio, SPINK, Shouxi.com and Coin in Coin. It is held in March/ April and August every year on 18/F, The Mira Hong Kong. The 5th HKCS was successfully held from 10th to 12th August 2018. The 6th HKCS will be held from 29th – 31st March 2019.

2.HKCS does not organise any numismatic-related events aside from March/ April and August every year. Any other events are not related to, affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Hong Kong Coin Show.

3.All HKCS-related information will be released on the official HKCS website (www.HongKongCoinShow.com) as well as the social media platforms of Stack’s Bowers and Ponterio, SPINK, Shouxi.com and Coin in Coin. For further enquiries and verification, please contact HKCS.
